At Telltale Studios, we would love to help tell your tale. Below you will find a list of uses for the photography and small venue event rental space.

IMPORTANT: We are located on the second floor of the building with only stairs to the studio.

Below is a partial list of items available and included in your rental. We are constantly adding to the list, check with us if you require something specific - we will accommodate where possible.

Other Stuff

1. Parking & Entrance is from Page Street (The Business Block) - spaces are not reserved even though they say they are.
2. IMPORTANT: The studio is on the second floor with only stairs for access.
3. Setup & Tear Down: We allow 15 minutes prior to and 15 minutes after your pre-booked session for setup and tear down - if you require more time than this, please include it in the length of time you book for your session
4. Not for Profit Rates: If you are a not-for-profit contact us for special rates.
5. Bookings: All space bookings must be paid in full at time of booking. Pay by credit card by using the booking system below, or if you prefer to pay by e-transfer, contact us to arrange your booking. All fees are subject to 13% HST. 
6. Cancellations & Refund Policy: Refunds will only be given with 72 hours written notification. Cancellations without 72 hours notice will be given a credit for future bookings and may be subject to a 25% rescheduling fee.  NO SHOWS will not be refunded.
7. AFTER HOURS BOOKINGS: If you require the space after our regular studio hours, contact us for pricing and availability. We will accommodate your request where possible.
8. Waiver & Release: You will be required to sign a waiver for use of the space, and we will ask for a release of use of images for our marketing purposes. This release of use is not mandatory, however it is to your benefit as we will showcase you on our site and social channels.. We love love to share the wealth and grow community!
